About Archtea

I start to create this application to view files in archives like zip. Current version support to view files in some archives. These files are indexed using Lucene to search text. Now, the index supports to search text file(*.txt) and html file(*.htm and *.html).

Zip and jar archives are supported in the current version. Other archive files like tar will support in a future version.

From version 0.4 and later, this application supports OpenSearch 1.0. And from version 0.5.2 and later, OpenSearch 1.1 is supported. So, some sites provide OpenSearch Description, this application can search the site.(It means OpenSearch Agregator). Now, I don't use multi columns to search multi sites. Maybe I use multi columns layout like http://a9.com in the future.

  Change indexing algorithm and stored data format. So, I recommend you to re-create index after deleting the previous index.
